Kayla Bronson

Branch Manager

As the senior care branch manger, Kayla provides oversight and leadership to all Meridian staff members and clients, as well as managing the agency’s marketing efforts. She loves that she plays a part in serving the community and making a difference in people’s lives. In her free time Kayla is usually outdoors where she enjoys hiking, waterskiing, fishing, and four wheeling with family and friends.

Melissa Navarro

Client Care Coordinator

Melissa expertly handles all of our scheduling and serves as the direct supervisor for our  senior care caregivers. She loves making connections with our clients and helping them receive the care they need. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, and having movie and game nights.

Laura Marcilliat

Nurse Staffing Coordinator

Laura works with placing nursing staff at hospitals and other health care facilities throughout the area. She loves the challenge her job brings and gets fulfillment in knowing that what she does helps to ensure that people throughout Idaho are able to access and receive quality care. When not at work, Laura likes to participate in anything outdoors that involves being in the sunshine. She also enjoys spending time with her granddaughter.

Justin Petersen

Recruiting Specialist

Justin clearly remembers how hard it was to get his foot into the medical field, and the vicious cycle of not being able to find a job without experience (and unable to gain experience without a job). With this in mind, he loves being able to help break that cycle for others through recruiting, hiring, and onboarding all of our care and office staff. He enjoys knowing that his job actively helps the community receive the exceptional care they need. In his free time, Justin can be found golfing, watching hockey, traveling, hiking, camping, and serving in two nonprofit fraternal organizations: El Korah Shriners (helping children with medical conditions) and Freemasonry (helping the community). In addition to all of that, he spends lots of time spoiling his cat.

Hanna Jones

Human Resource Specialist

As an HR Specialist, Hanna takes care of onboarding all of our new staff members and getting them ready to work, along with all other HR-related responsibilities. She finds great joy in knowing she did something to help someone who needed her assistance, and the feeling of being able to make a difference in our caregivers’ and clients’ lives. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family going on walks, or finding fun things to do inside when the weather isn’t cooperating!

Lisa Hansen

Human Resource Specialist

Lisa assists the HR team with processing all employment applications to assure that all senior care caregivers have appropriate documentation, training and certifications. She loves knowing that the work she does ultimately helps others to live a better life each day. In her free time she enjoying spending time with her family outdoors, whether it is camping, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking or skiing.

Jessica Taylor


Jessica is in charge of all of our caregivers’ timesheets, finalizing shifts and managing all aspects of payroll and billing for our home care division. It warms her heart to know she’s helping someone. Two of her favorite quotes that help guide her life are “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted,” (Aesop) and “If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.” (Dalai Lama). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and cooking.

Kevin Hall

Nurse Staffing Payroll

Kevin has the responsibility for coordinating and finalizing payroll for all nursing staff on a weekly basis. Although he doesn’t work directly with clients, he has the satisfaction of knowing that his work contributes to a well run system that ultimately ends in excellent quality care. In his spare time Kevin has the privilege of performing with the Meridian Symphony.

In Amanda’s role as Branch Manager, she ensures a smooth intake process for our clients while providing oversight of all senior care staff members and clients. She loves being able to build personal relationships with our clients, who rely on and trust her to provide the proper personnel to fit their needs and personality. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and kids.

Chelsea Butikofer

Registered Nurse

Chelsea is responsible for developing care plans for all of our clients. She visits each client in their home, discussing their goals, interests and lives. She greatly enjoys getting to know clients and their families on a personal level, as well as often seeing improvements in their physical, mental and emotional health once the right care has been started. Chelsea is a wife and mother of 4 kids. She enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, snow and water skiing and camping.

Holly Pfohl

Client Care Coordinator

Holly serves the needs of our clients and caregivers through scheduling, ensuring all shifts are covered and seamlessly staffing replacement caregivers in the event of emergency cancelations or time-off requests. She also handles reporting, documentation, and both client and caregiver complaints and concerns. She loves being able to make a difference in the life of each individual she assists, and how rewarding it is to be able to be part of a team that provides exceptional care. Outside of work, being a mom is her number one accomplishment. She loves spending time with her kids, singing, and crafting, as well as the outdoors.

Alyse Molbert

HR Specialist/Recruiter

Alyse is responsible for recruiting, phone screening, interviewing, job postings, relationship-building, and document management, as well as communications with employees, management, and candidates in a professional manner through texts, phone calls, and emails. She loves talking with people and matching individuals with a job that fits their abilities and meets the agency’s needs and high expectations. In her spare time, you can find her camping, fishing, and enjoying time with her family and pets.
