Employee Center
Welcome to the 24/7 Idaho Home Care Employee Center!
First of all, THANK YOU for serving our clients with dedication, compassion, integrity and excellence! You are truly the heart and soul of our business, and we are here to provide you with the support and encouragement you need to take the best possible care of your assigned clients – and yourself.
We’ve provided you with some helpful information and resources below, and are always available to talk with you about any challenges or concerns you’re facing in your assignments.
Assignment Reminders
- Always wear your badge.
- Always adhere to the dress code policy.
- Review address and location prior to going, to alleviate stress and arrive on time.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you will have a chance to get settled prior to the start of your shift.
- Always give as much notice as possible if you're sick, late or can't get to work for any reason. Always call the office number; if it is after hours, press 1 to reach the after-hours phone.
- If you are reporting to a facility, you should always know who you report to upon arrival. Check with your staffing coordinator before your scheduled shift if you don't know who to report to.
- When working at a facility, make sure that you have a timesheet and that it is signed by the reporting manager at the end of your shift. Timesheets are included in the Forms section below.
